At LidsHatDrop, we want to ensure your headwear fits perfectly and meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the original, unworn hats in their original packaging to ensure they are protected from crushing during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
